I discovered Pilates while looking for a way to feel stronger, move better, and just feel more connected to my body—and it completely changed my life. What started as a workout quickly became something much deeper: a way to slow down, build strength from the inside out, and feel good every day. Over time, I decided to turn my passion into a profession. I trained, got STOTT certified, and now I get to do what I love—help others feel confident, strong, and at home in their bodies through Pilates. My style is all about creating a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move in a way that feels good and sustainable.
